Over 4 days and 3 nights, our team stepped away from the daily routine to reconnect and recharge. The retreat began with a cruise, where colleagues quickly became something more.
Between karaoke sessions, good food, and plenty of laughter, the usual work barriers disappeared. It wasn’t just about having fun—it was about building genuine connections that carry back into how we work together every day.
At Escape Park, things got more challenging. For many, it wasn’t just about physical obstacles, but mental ones—especially overcoming the fear of heights. What stood out wasn’t individual performance, but how the team showed up for one another. Encouragement, trust, and leadership came naturally. Some stepped forward to lead, others pushed past their limits, and everyone played a part in helping the team move forward.
